I saw a clip of Mike Judge doing both Beavis and Butthead in the studio, and it was a riot...no facial expressions, no body movement, etc. I'd kill to see that again. |

Oh come on....They're all good!!
I must admit to getting a little bored with all those geeky genius kids on Youtube etc who can play anything on the guitar at a thousand miles an hour. Little fart-knockers!! How dare they be so much better than me!! |

sure those guys a WAAAAY better than me, but because of that i can hold them to a different standard.
The simpson theme was funny but not really super clear (though on acoustic it's tougher to get a good sound)...
I've heard that super mario brothers theme a dozen times but damn....THAT one a) sounded the BEST of thme all AND looked the coolest
ps...there's a lot of dipsy doodly dudes who just j-e-r---k off on the guitar or do some "really tricky" thing like hammer on (on an electric? please...)
it's not about NPS i think...it's a matter of making something sound cool whether fast (much harder than wankers think) or slow (much harder than people think). |
