Which exit do I take out of Omokgyo subway stop to walk to Immi? It's been awhile, gotta go hook up the ARC.

Exit 7, and there's a sign at the station in case you forget.

And I heard there is a new office at Gwanghamun, and they are more friendly. Where exactly is that?

Gyeongbuk palace, line 3. It's in the cheil builiding on the fifth floor. I think its exit 3 from memory. And yes, they are nicer.
