No way! Here's another link:

(I'm not sure what the third option referred to, exactly. ... I voted "no" because I don't believe the milk of other animals is good for humans, regardless of whether it's full-fat, low-fat, skim or whatever. But of course it goes without saying that human milk is good for baby humans, and cow's milk is good for baby cows.) |

The roof of my sister-in-law's SUV has milk. She was breast-feeding in the back seat and the baby unlatched from the nipple, pushed the breast up, and it sprayed all over the place. The pattern makes for an interesting story, but is, in my opinion, aesthetically unpleasing.
That story got me thinking about how milk is designed for newborn babies. Cow milk is for calves, not humans. That line of thought deters me from drinking milk 90% of the time I have an urge for it. Eeeeevery now and then, I drink some, but usually I go soy. I wish Korea had rice or walnut milk, though. They're both much better than soy. |

I'm sure I've had walnut milk, didn't like it. It could have been milk with walnut flavoring though... Have you tried the other bean stuff? |

You need protein. Low fat milk is a good source. Ask any athlete which protein source they use. It's my understanding that most vegetarian athletes are not as strong as non-vegetarian ones. |
