I am having a wee bit of a problem with the sealed transcripts getting to Korea.

I have sent them twice. My boss keeps claiming they are not sealed. My university says they are.

Essentially, they go in a brown envelope, with a purolator sticker. inside is a separate white envelope, which is sealed. Am I missing something here? Is there another way I am supposed to be doing this? My university can't figure out why I am having problems with them.

Any advice?

Perhaps the uni stamp is not on the sealed area?...just a guess...they are real sticklers these days...depends on their mood and the way the kimchi is wafting in the outdoor breeze...
