I am planning to head to Japan next year, and would like to find a good place to study the language before heading over...maybe several times a week in the mornings. Having taught in English ones before (hello...like most of us here), I know they're not all that great but I want to get some regular exposure first. Any ideas? |

Yeah - I speak Korean, I studied at Yonsei's д for a hellish year and a half and graduated the course last year...I know that I'd need to know Korean before trying to learn Japanese at a hagwon here... |

Kakehashi is a good place to start, though not a hagwon. |
