You were probably taxed for your free housing and plane ticket or something. Those should not be counted. Pension and health are deductibles (lower your taxes). If you were given a housing allowance then that's taxable (increases your salary).
Something smells fishy to me. Your boss going in with you might not help your situation. You haven't provided details on how your taxes are done. This leads me to conclude that you don't know how they were caluclated.
There is no standard, fixed tax. It depends on your salary. |
