What are some of the better greens here in terms of nutrition?

Quite naturally I have gravitated toward broccoli, yet i find this often to be in a rather limp state

What are some alternatives that would help make for a nutritionally balanced meal?

Korean stores/markets have great fresh spinach. I put it in omelettes, steam it, make salads with it...I even blend it with water and drink it because I just like the taste. Works wonders when I'm feeling tired. It's a super nutritious food and relatively inexpensive in Korea--1000 won for a fresh bundle.

There is no shortage of greens in the Korean diet.

Eat more Korean dishes with them.

(one way)

I've never eaten so many green leafy vegetables in my life as I have here.

Kale and bok choy are extremely high in nutrients. Sprouts are also a nutritional powerhouse. You can get radish and bean sprouts (yuck!) at pretty much any supermarket. You can also get seeds and sprout your own.
