What's the story with getting anti-depressives in Daegu ?

Do you have to go to a doctor and get a perscritpion or what ? How much does it cost ? How long would the average person have to take them ?

Thanks

Very Happy

A coworker of mine had no problems getting Xanax. He simply went to the doctor...told him that his prescription had run out and he needed more.....doctor gave him a prescription in about 10 seconds and sent him on his way.

He ended up going to several different doctors and returned to Wisconsin with over 3000 xanax pills....for personal use only Wink

Everything is available here, at cheaper prices than at back home. I was on zoloft for a while. I brought my bottle from Canada, showed it to the doctor, and presto. Refill.

Don't worry. Everything is available. Be well.

I don't want to send you over the edge, but the correct term is anti-depressants.

haha. but it's true about doctors here. basically, you tell them what you want and as long as its not some hardcore stuff, you'll get it.

Shocked Cheaper here? I don't agree with that. I'm on Effexor, and it just cost me about 160,000 for 100 pills. Then again, I don't remember what I was paying back home, 'cause its been ages.

Grotto, where are you from in WI?

And you can get a prescription at almost any local clinic. Do not worry about your lack of Korean ability if that is the case. Or bring along a Korean speaker. It may be a thing in Asia to be embarrassed about how your brain works, but personally I could not give a rat's ass. Anyway walk into most clinics, they can write a "presciption".

And I say this because I know. 10 years on zoloft. 7 years in Korea.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Oh, and it is spelled "prescription" and not the typo I intentionally made...

(but we'll never satisfy the nitpickers)

Thanks.

I thought it was a good choice, a good reminder of things to come.

You should change it to this;

Not as graphically disturbing, yet still conveys your state-of-mind.

That is nice. I always liked Eeyore. Actually I am not as bummed out as you might presume. I'm doing well, thanks. I would even change the avatar if I knew how, but I'm a dumbass with computers (a friend of mine put it there).

Perhaps you could instruct me how to change it? Seriously. I'm not that bright.

Easy:

1. Right-click the picture you want to use.

2. Highlight its address (URL). In the case of the Eeyore picture it's http://www.acc.umu.se/~coppelia/images/poohpics/eeyore_rain.jpg

3. Right-click, to copy the address.

Now,
At the top of all Dave's pages are some links. They look something like this;
_____FAQ_____Search_____Memberlist_____Usergroups
Profile_____You have no new messages_____Log out [ Porter_Goss ]

4. Left-click "Profile".

5. At the bottom of your Profile page is the "Avatar Control Panel". In the blank box next to "Link to off-site Avatar:", paste the address of the picture you want to use.

6. Hit the "Submit" button.

Can you get Viagra, for example, in Korea too. (I like to use it recreationally, as do the other wonders mentioned above. I am googling them to see the cool effects they will have on me when I pop them recreationally. There was a smoking banana peals link by igotthisguitar but the directions were too complicated).
