|

Has anyone seen a clip of a Korean skater 'bump' into another Korean skater (ie. plowed into the other head first) during the world short-track championships? The reporters hinted that the collision was intentional because the two Korean skaters were trained by two different coaches (which might explain the different coloured helmets). Two men, possibly the fathers of the two skaters, got into shoving match while they were waiting for them to arrive at the airport.

Korea will never reach the top unless they can break that habit of bumping into other people. Must be a pretty deep rooted instinct. I suggest psychological training that includes running at a brick wall repeatedly, to instil an "avoidance of solid objects" mechanism. |
