bad for your health? used to do a lot of outdoor track/trail running back in the states in a fairly pro-environment area. not quite sure how seoul adds up re: pollution. is it healthy to run outdoors?
on a side note, do those health masks help at all? they look pretty cosmetic to me. |

You are basically breathing the same air indoors as out, perhaps minus a little of the yellow dust so it probably makes no difference. If you are really worried, go to Jeju or something. |

yellow dust is a big factor though, so be careful. if your gym is good then it will have an air purifier in it.
i beg differ about air quality inside being the same. it's much better inside. if you run by the river, you are right next to the olympic highway, i don't think it's that good for you. |
