Does anyone know where I could find a mock-passport (and arrival form?) that my students could fill out with their personal information and then use in a "Immigration Booth" lesson?

I am about to create one myself but my computer skills will not enthrall the kids: "Oh look teacher, boxes and straight lines. Neat."

Thanks.

Go here and scroll down a little. Click on "image view" and you can copy it to your desk top and print.

If you have a more advanced class, or students who will be studying abroad, you might want to scroll down a little more and get the "customs declaration form", too.

Cheers, Ajuma, but my little middle school teens can barely handle the passport. The arrival card is an "extra for experts" assignment for the more fluent kids.

I think I stole that "extra for experts" idea from ilovedbt...

Thanks again.

Nope. Although, my brainy classes do get more difficult worksheets than the other classes.
