Okay, maybe this is a pretty funky question, but I'm just curious. I ran across, hmmm, I think and old post here that made it sound like you can get one if you have a Korean father. But, what if you have a Korean mother? And where do you have to be born...only in Korea? |

At least one of your parents must be Korean so yes, if only your dad OR your mom is Korean, you can qualify for the F4 visa. There are alot of half-Koreans who hold the F4. They must have been an American/Canadian citizen before you were born. |

No they don't have to be American/Canadian citizens before you were born. As long as they have been 'cancelled/removed' from the hojukdeungbon and you can prove your parent has American/Canadian citizenship, it should be okay. |

25...with full family tree dating back to the neolithic era.
Artifacts proving ancestry are a bonus (stone spearheads, ancient pottery).
Then you need to sign over your first born as a sacrifice to be thrown into Mount Halla to appease the gods.
Then...
ok..simpler solution: call immigration instead of asking on a discussion board! |
