| The first step of Korea's journey towards racial integration should be allowing foreigners to register at online retailers with their own ARC cards instead of always making a Korean with a "real" card register for them. The only two companies in my three year history in Korea which have allowed me to register for something on my own is LG Telecom and CGV. It's so frustrating that I cannot spend my own money at online retailers without recruiting a Korean friend to help me! |
