Does anyone know where I can get Won at a decent rate in Canada?

You can't. It is almost impossible to get Korean currency in Canada unless you make a special order request(and that costs lots).
If you are sending money to Korea, then buy a money order in K-Won or US$.
If you are travelling, they bring your ATM card for the best rate or buy some at the airport when you arrive in Korea.
It is easy to exchange Cana-bucks in Korea at the airport or any bank with a foreign exchange desk. |

If you are in Vancouver, you can always get Won here. Their rates aren't great but they usually have lots of won on hand because of all the Korean students in downtown Van. Check their website for buy/sell rates

| I got Won in my home back in Canada twice in the past. It did not cost much and took 24 hours (I did have to order it). |
