| I'm finishing up my contract in June and will be getting my own place immediately thereafter. I'm wondering if in my next contract I can expect the school to reimburse me for the monthly rent. If so can any of you folks who have thier own places tell me how much you've negotiated on this point. Thanks for any help. |

| You should be able to get 300,000. Often a school pays about 10M deposit and around 400,000 per month for a place two people can share. |

| They will give you an allowance. Good schoool - 400,000 a month. Standard issue - 300,000 a month. |
