Are they wearing those ugly Crocs shoes in Korea now, too? They are in the US and they are the ugliest shoes I have ever seen. They are clogs with holes all in them and they are made of plastic.

Not really ugly, yet very, very comfortable...and they're made of rubber...

But have you seen the ugly, uncomfortable heels that korean (princesses) wear? Thank god they're not common in most of the world.

oh hahaha!!!! They are made of rubber, so they are like condoms for your feet. They have holes, so be careful, you might get AIDS. They are UGLY...I don't care how comfy they are. The most fashionable people won't be wearing these I am sure.

They're in all the stores in Montreal and Ottawa, but I haven't seen anyone stupid enough to buy them (or, if they did buy them, wear them).
But... they are summer footwear and it's too early to tell.
My wife went to Florida in Feb and said everyone is wearing them there.
She sounded as disgusted as princess.
The ones I've seen are hideous- neon plastic dutch clogs.
The ones that are popular are not rubber but some less comfortable form of pvc or something.
At $30 CDN a pop I'd rather wrap old newspapers around my feet...

"Mens" clogs (yeah, right):

I have them and I love them! They're so very comfortable it's not even funny. I use them right now as my work shoes, but in the summer, they'll become my beach shoes. You just leave them on and don't have to worry about sand, water, or anything. They're rubber so they're easily cleaned and they dont' get dirty. Of course, mine are black, so that's better than bright yellow!

You've evidently never met my grandpa. He's from Moose Jaw and he swears by them. He bought everyone in my family a pair, and they're bloody expensive.
