Who has lived in both places and can say which is better?

everyone in busan, will say busan. everyone in seoul, will say seoul but they went to busan and thought it was great. Few in Seoul have lived in Busan though.

i lived in both places.. albeit busan was 10 years ago. i did not like busan at all for living. its a big boring place where you have to travel forever to go somewhere where there isn't much. in seoul, there is just a lot more going on.. and even when i lived in busan and took visits to seoul i was amazed how much more fun and enjoyable it was.

on the plus sides of busan.. i loved that the winters were a little warmer and the summers a little cooler (compared to seoul, daegu, etc.).. i also liked that there were beaches and ocean.. i love walking around haeundae beach area. the city is also crammed up against the mountains which created a kinda cool scenery and feeling to it.

for you princess.. seems like you are into the korean guys and more korean type of things.. you don't seem all that interested in western stuff.. and i gotta say pusan is extremely extremely korean.. somyeon is the main spot there.. and its overwhelmingly korean-oriented places.. and i always found u really had to search out the non-anju type places, etc.

personally i really much more prefer seoul.. but for some reason i kinda think busan might actually be more to your liking.

I've never lived in either. But I do go to Seoul every weekend. I have only been in Busan 6 times but if I was going to spend another year in Korea I would live in Busan. I found the people in Busan to me more friendly and more easy-going than people in Seoul. Of course there are nice people everywhere but I noticed a lot more in Busan. For what it's worth.
