e) a, b, c, d and...I'm still thinking. But for sure it has something to do with Yoko Ono, the brown noise and spatulas.

Well, it has to do with Kenny G., Yoko, and a child feeling abused due to the lack of abuse he felt from his father....

And Eric Cartman.

(Damn, I knew Kenny G. would give it away.)

Sorry, all I know about Kenny G. is that he has curly hair and likes to blow on long thin things.
