Who knows anything about this place? They seem shady to me. I told them what the best time was to call me Monday-Friday and they waited 2 weeks, called me at the wrong time, and I said "no longer interested". The lady even pronounced my last name wrong. I heard some bad stuff about them on here, but I couldn't find the thread. They say you get 5+ weeks of vacation, but really, I think they just add up the Korean holidays and 2 weeks of standard vacay and say it's 5 weeks....yeah, but not 5 whole weeks...

Yes, maybe. But hey, they made an international call, which THEY are paying for, not me. Or, maybe they are desperate. They can't find anyone, so they are calling people from 2 weeks ago.

If it's the one in Bundang, it is in a great location and just expanded to a second building. However, I know very little of the school.

i think your talkin about the 1 in Sunae-Dong, Bundang.

Its in a great location.

I think they used to have a few older teachers, and then made the move to a younger workforce.

I live right across the street from the one in Bundang....I know of 1 teacher who works there currently, and he sounded like he liked the place. Most of the class sizes are pretty small, I think he said there was a limit of 6 or 7. You don't have to do much prep work, but he said he likes to do it so he can teach more effectively. Though I don't work there, I am in the same officetel and it's pretty nice here. I've got a nice view of the mountains off in the distance, and the size is about 15 pyung.

Well, i heard a story about another Brown International bracnh where a Korean teacher slapped a foreign teacher. And acting like 5 weeks of vacation is actually 5 whole separate weeks is not very nice. You get 2 weeks off a year and they add up the Korean holidays and call it 5 weeks of vacation.
