What are the biggest teaching universities in the United States ?
Or biggest universities with teaching programs in them ?

Most American universities have a department of education, so the biggest would be the large state universities. I don't know of any that are 'universities of education' in the Korean sense, though some, like the University of Wisconsin, have a campus dedicated to education. One advantage to them is that most give out an MEd for doing the same work required for a teaching certificate in most Commonwealth countries.
