I know some markets like Emart carry some organic foods and supplements, but are there any health food stores in Seoul and surrounding area which might be more comprehensive, especially regarding dietary supplements? (One of the items I'm looking for is flaxseed oil----primrose oil would be okay.)
Also, are the fruits and veggies sold in the street markets organic in your estimation? (probably not, huh.) |

The grocery store in Hyundai dept. store just remodeled and has a pretty decent health food section.
There's also an organic supermarket in Daechi-dong. It's about 5-10 minute walk from the Samsung station intersection. PM me if you want specific directions. |
