I'm pretty sure you can get it at Hanaro Club, that's were my wife gets it.

Sorry but that's just plain bleached white flour. Good for making white bread but not brown bread which is what the OP, I think, wants to make. Years ago I found proper whole weat flour at a Nong Hyup supermarket. Got it once and then never seen it again there.
Try Hannam Market, I think I saw it there once. There's a new expat market in Jongro. I've never been there so I don't know anything about it but maybe someone else will. |

They've just started stocking it at LotteMart Seoul station, along with a whole load of other baking stuff imported from Germany. |
