Are you familiar with Sahmyook Elementary School on Wonju? Any info would be appreciated. Also, thoughts on Wonju in general.

I am not the partying type, so I don't need the best club scene at my doorstep-the occasional weekend in Seoul would be fine. If there are a couple of places that I might meet other Westerners, that would be good to know. It sounds like there are decent of outdoors type recreational activites. Are there places to buy western food, decent coffee or tea shops and stuff like that?
