They are trying to find willing slaves now.......
Don't ever work for this school, the director can only be described as evil, dishing out threats on a regular basis - either himself or via his band of loyal western "management", they expect you to work from 9am till 8pm and smile about it, you get taped in class and have to write a thesis for a lesson plan (which is checked every night). You will constantly be on egg shells wondering what the next complaint will be.
They don't judge you on your teaching abilities, but rather your skin colour, preferences (ie you don't want to spend ever waking minute with your fellow teachers) and sucking up talents (of which you must have considerable).
The western management are not out to help you, although they like to pretend they are, don't trust them or heaven forbid say anything negative to them, even outside of school - you will be hauled into an office and confronted!
They treat people like this then wonder why they are having trouble recruiting........... the crap pay could have something to do with that too. |
