I was talking to a potential employer a few days ago and was told that the laws had changed and now E-7 applicants have to go back to their home country to get the E-7. (not the E-2) That seems strange to me. I popped on various sites and got such useful information as "be aware of the rules regarding your Visa " really helpful explanation.
I also saw something about getting a tourist extension of 30 days added to your E-2 visa but now some people are telling me I can't . (I don't want to extend my work visa or work under the table. My friend is coming over and I'm supposed to give her the grand tour.)
