I just saw my gf for the first time in a week and she had two huge bruises on the upper inner part of her calf and one on the front of her leg on her shin, below her knee... guys will probably recognize this as place where the thumb and index finger goes when you... well... use your imaginination... she was also wearing a pad and had a less then fresh aroma...

Further fuel for the fire... she drinks with her professors, one of which openly asked to date her... she refuses to acknowledge I am her bf when I visit her campus as she thinks it will jeopardize her grade in said professor's class, although she promises after mid-terms she will introduce me to her friends as her "official bf"...

She also asked me "how much do you love me...?" before I got her clothes off and was exceptionally bad at eye contact for the first hour or two we were together...

I hope this is an OK topic, I don't want to get banned for this...

The last gf I had in the US was a bit of a sleaze so I am really wary of stuff like this... anyone think my suspicions are justified...

It sounds textbook to me, but as I said, I am a suspicious bastard...

she MAY be sick and "not so fresh", give her a week or so and see if things get better. If you don;t feel like doing that, make a huge deal and go to a special uber-fancy dinner. Seeing you go head over heels for her will have some effect.

her asking how much you love her seems like a sad question. she seems to be hurting.. you should back off from the physical and reassure her that you do care about her

Would she admit it? Probably not. Did she like it or want it? Probably not.

If she has any sense of western culture.. (which I think she might).. she knows westerners can be very confrontational about that - to the guy. Very serious issue.

But Korean culture.. seriously annoys me.. but a lot of these 'oppa' guys can tell a younger girl to do just about anything and they more or less do.. like go drinking with me.. then they get them drunk.. then they force.. well, you guess the rest.

Also the bruises.. well.. there you go. Particularly finger marks..

Sounds normal to me. They all have 3 or more on the go. One to buy things, one for motels, and one to show the parents.

Is this the same girlfriend who, a month or so ago, refused to take the morning after pill after you guys had unprotected sex because she didn't want the stigma of having taken it twice? And then she tried to make you think she had morning sickness by puking while she was on the phone with you?

If so, DUMP HER.

If not, I would still advise dumping her. Her odd behavior (not the bruises or the "not-so-freshness" down there) is enough to make you go "hmmmm".

Seriously, if you have doubts, get your own head together and don't do it by telling this stuff on a message board......I know you probably did it with good intentions but she probably did too.....
