Hey all,

We are moving and need to disconnect our aircon. Is this a Doit yourself project? Will something blow up? Or do we need to hae a pro come do it. I mean just seems like wires and pipes....

We paid a guy to install it, cost a fortune. Almost as much as the actual Aircon.

Im just thinin hes gonna fleece us to take it out as well...

The fact you have to ask this question leads me to believe you shouldn't touch it.

Unscrew it and all the gas is going to come out. Just open a window or two. Now before people starting jumping all over me, take a wild guess what the "professional" is going to do?
