Am I allowed to have a PT job, in addition to a FT gig?

I wasn't clear on this. As long as the pt job are not private lessons that I arrange?

I'm assuming you are on an E-2 visa.

You can have other workplaces added to your ARC by Immigration. There are forms to fill out and submit: things like a letter of permission from your FT employer, a request and a contract from your prospective employer...Things like that.

Or be very quiet and go do it anyway. Just don't say anything to your boss, nor is it a good idea to give your part time gig your real name, phone number, or place of employment.

If they ask for that just say,
