You'll need to apply for it from your county police dept. Give them a call and get the appropriate phone number and address. |

Cheers. Do you mean my county here in Korea or the county I lived in in England? |

Apparently, the CRB doesn't issue applications to individuals. The company has to apply for a criminal records check and then its passed onto the applicant. |

CRB's are a big bleedin rip off! You can individually apply for them (I have done this on a few occasions), but it will set you back somewhere between forty to fifty quid. Then, if you've moved around a bit, and cant fit your previous address history for the past five years on the form they provide, you have to attach a separate sheet of paper. I guarentee that they will lose this sheet of paper - whether paperclipped, stapled or glued to your original form, it will go missing!!
If you work for a decent firm (eg local authority) they will pay for it, but if you're doing agency work for example, you have to fund it yourself. Somebody is rolling in the cash because of this blatant scam |

Should only cost you a tenner. Apply to the police force responsible for your county. I am from Kent and I think it took about a month for the check to come back. All I got was literally a piece of paper saying that they had no record of me having done anything naughty and my school was satisfied with that.
