Man stabs ex-girlfriend and her mother to death
Enraged by his ex-girlfriend's refusal to marry him, a 30-year-old man broke into her house in Gangdong, southeastern Seoul, and stabbed her and her mother to death while her father escaped by jumping out a 5th-floor window, the Gangdong police station announced yesterday.

what is it with Korean killers and the FAMILIES they kill? Maybe it's the least individualistic nature of the society but I swear we hear higher incidences of multiple murders involving an entire family. Same with suicides.

Now if the cops would do their job in this country and follow up on complaints from citizens (ie the threats here) two people may very well be alive.
Two times in the past seven days I have seen a pair of cops asleep in their car. Both times it was the middle of the afternoon... |
