Ive been here for a while now and I often crave caesars (the canadian version of a bloody mary). RMT has them once in a while but they often dont have clamato juice for weeks on end. Are there any other places that have clamato juice and sell caesars?

Motts Clamato Juice is to tomato juice as Uma Thurman is to Kathy Bates.

From their website:
How Clamato came about

In 1969 Water Chell was challenged to create a new cocktail to celebrate the opening of Marco's, a restaurant in Calgary, Alberta. By mixing tomato juice, clam juice, vodka and a special blend of spices and seasonings, Chell made the first Caesar. In the same year, the Duffy-Mott Company in California perfected Clamato, a beverage that is distinctly lighter in texture and more interesting in flavour than plain tomato juice. With its special blend of seasonings, Mott's Clamato soon became unrivalled as the preferred key ingredient for preparing a successful Caesar.

250 million Mott's Clamato Caesars are consumed in Canada each year - ten times the Canadian population.

There must be a way of getting Costco to import a few cases if they knew they could sell them. They sell them in 4 packs for $12 in Canada.

Caesers have a jigger of tabasco sauce. Do bloody marys have that as well?

I'm told that The Rocky Mountain Tavern in Iteawon occasionally gets some Clamato in.

Good luck.

Every time I go back home I pick up a case and it lasts me for a month of two.

He was challenged to create what?!

Would that happen to be a COCKtail?

This swear filter is just too clumsy and inaccurate, like using a sledgehammer to swat flies.

I don't see any problems there. It just sounds like billy is pondering the inevitability of guys turning gay.

Did you know that slut was also added to the filter? I thought that was funny...as are posts like this when they come up.

Here's the breakdown:

BLOODY CAESAR

Vodka
Clamato Juice (Tomato juice mixed with clam juice)
Celery Salted Rim
Lime Wedge
Dash Tabasco
Dash L&P Worcestershire
Celery Stalk (or pickled bean, carrot, pickle etc)
You can also add horseradish for flavour

BLOODY MARY

Vodka
Tomato Juice
Rock Salted Rim
Lemon Wedge
Dash Tabasco
Dash L&P Worcestershire
Celery Stalk

Got it?
In the states most people drink Bloody Marys, you'd be hard pressed to even find someone who even knows what a Bloody Caesar is...
In Canada, it's the other way around...hell I love Caesars, they are a great hangover cure....

And as for the Tomato juice mixed with clam juice....this is a pre-made thing you can buy (Mott's makes the best stuff) and it's not awful like it sounds...
