Last year from September 2004 to August 2005, my hogwan did not pay or charge me pension. Now that I'm at a public school, is it possible to go back and try to get my pension from the crooked bastards? I'll be leaving in August and I don't mind going after them after the hell they put me through last year. And yes, I'm a spiteful person, so I'd be up for creating a little hell. Twisted Evil

You must go to the pension office to get your pension, if your past hagwon actually paid into the pension. You must have a plane ticket(non return flight out of country) to show the pension office for them to deposit any potential funds you may have into your bank account.

If your hagwon was small they don't even have to pay into pension. That certainly doesn't stop them from withholding your money and telling you that they were paying.
