Isn't that a bit much? I'm going to ask, but perhaps it's Ok with pension?

depends on your salary..

Pension 4.5%
Health 2.24%
tax(on 2 mil is about 2%) variable...go check out monthly withholding tax under the tax rate sticky.

Doesnt matter how they are doing it but all deductions should be listed clearly and where they are going.

Salary 2,000,000 won
Pension 90.000 won
Health 44,800
tax 28,950
Total deductions
163,750won.

if it isnt on a paystub like this then I would request that it be put on one for you!
