I was talking with someone the other day about the use of videos in the classroom and I thought I'd put the question out here: who like 'em, who hates 'em, and why?

I use them but for every 10 minutes of video it takes me about 45 minutes to 1 hour to prep so I don't use it often.

There great (short clips that is) when the technology works, but it sure sucks when the technology fails.
