Any word on how this school is or what the area is like around there?

I live in pyeungchon and i like it. Don't know the school though.
There are 3 mountains surrounding the city. Gwanak-san, Morak-san and suri-san. There is a large hagwon area and also many foriegners. The central park is gorgeous, and there is also a stream that runs through the north of the city you can follow the stream east to a lake, or west to Anyang-si. Lots of people bike, jog and walk along the stream.
