Is it legal to teach private students in Korea, as long as your contract doesn't prohibit it?
Thanks |

It's ilegally 100% of the time no matter what it says on your contract. |

Quick and easy for that .....
NO.
Working at a second location is ONLY legal if it is approved and authorized by immigration and it has been formally added to your ARC. This means that you have gone to immigration, filled in the forms for an ADDITIONAL place of employement, paid the appropriate fee AND it was approved.
Anything else is ILLEGAL.
One caveat here... this specifically applies to foreigners in Korea. |

Some schools will let their teachers do privates on their premises.
Then immigration can't touch you I don't think.
