I know it's standard for hagwons to give us 10 days vacation. The trouble is my summer vacation is kinda split in two. That is, I finish work on the Friday, work on Monday, then have the rest of the week and the following Monday off. In other words, I have 7 consecutive days of instead of 9. This just seems totally fucking retarded considering we work 50 weeks of the year. Anyone else have to endure this kinda stupidity? I guess it's no big deal for Koreans as they are obsessed with work and money anyway. Any time off is a luxury, right?

I'm not asking for more holdays than I agreed to, just that they be better structured.

MD
