I personally think this beer rocks. It's easy to drink and one of them puts the drinker, or me at least, at the optimal "buzz".

So.... let's try an experiment.

Go buy one Cass Red (of the small statured variety... do they make a tall one?)...

drink it in a relaxing environment of your choosing...

once said buzz begins...

watch this clip:

If you don't laugh out loud at least once... you have no soul... or sense of humor... or... perhaps... you just suck.

It was a little above average until it got to the drugs part, which had me laughing, but then they ran the joke into the ground.

Here's an awesome one from a year or two ago.

A.) Drink the beer first!

B.) Don't forget to vote.

Wink

RT... that was a good clip. I'll never look at Adam the same way again.

Actually, that does sound like a very fair test of a beer. When I start drinking again I'll have to give it a try.

You're a teetotaler? Harumph, save the clip for a rainy day then I guess.

Cass is progress for Korean beer.
Unlike the others, it has some taste.
But the quick buzz is the real selling point.

151 Bacardi gives a nice buzz.

I was interested in that dry ice in whisky clip that somebody showed. Would work wonders with Bacardi 151 although you may die.

Dry ice was easy to come by in Thailand. Ice cream shops always through in a couple of blocks when you bought an icecream cake.

I've had only one can, with the sole purpose of tasting it (ie. not getting drunk).
It was quite good. Yes, it did indeed have some flavour; and the flavour wasn't backwash.
Two plusses.

It will be nice when the time comes to get drunk off that.

The "taste" you're describing is almost certainly just the higher alcohol content. The closest thing to a real beer made by a commercial beer manufacturer in Korea is Hite's Prime Max. At least that's made from 100% malt and uses imported cascade hops.

it tastes like artificially-inflated-alcohol-content-beers back home like labatt wildcat.

it feels like those beers afterwards.

don't drink it. just don't.
