In HomePlus and at other stores I have seen cell phones for 39,000 won, but they will not sell to a foreigner. In the stores that they will sell a phone to a foreigner the prices is usually 129,000 won plus.
I did find a sale at GS Mart but for some promotional reason I have to change my phone number, which I don�t want to change because I just sent out a few CVs. BTW I have the new format 010 phone numbers that can transfer to any company.
