How can I find out if I'm albe to vote on may 31? I've been here for over 5 years now, and would like to vote in local elections. I know that foreigners who have been here over 3 years can go and vote, but does anyone know what the procedure is?
I know I could probably head down to City Hall, but I'd rather find out here than deal with the hassle there if possible! |
