| Need a tenant to take over my roof top apt. in Naksongdae ASAP. It's thee best place ever, dunno about the rest of ya, probably some have a pad in Tower Palace and so on, but this place was by far better than any of my other fellow ESL teacher's places. It's a roof top apt. above a granny's home, literally 2mins from the subway, great of the surrounding area and Gwanaksan mountain right there. All new & renovated, large windows, fridge, gas range, closet etc. And what's more the entire roof is yours & BBQ's outdoors are the best in Summer. It's 350thou a month rent with a deposit.
