Mine is Goya Hot Sauce. That stuff is great.
In a hot sauce, i look for enough bite to where my mouth is sizzling just a bit. I also look for taste. I hate the vinegar taste. I hate the red pepper paste. Unfortnately, I haven't found a good hot sauce in Korea, so I have to import mine.
Goya hot sauce has both taste and kick. I love it. |

ABC Sambal, from Indonesia. I'm starting to copy the missus and put it on just about everything. |

Pickapeppa, Jerk, chipotle, and peri-peri.
Hard to go wrong with any of those. |

Dave's Ultimate Insanity Sauce. This is what they put on the bottle:
Disclaimer : Use this product one drop at a time. Keep away from eyes, pets and children. Not for people with heart or respiratory problems. Shake well and refrigerate after opening.
Cost about $10 in Canada. This stuff is unbelievably hot. 1 drop in a Caesar will leave you breathless but there's just something about it that has me addicted. |

I have seen disclosures like that. Some say, "consult your physician before trying out product". Others have waivers you have to sign at the store before you can purchase the product. Man...talk about some heavy hitting stuff!!!! |

Yeah, really:

But as someone said, I've never tired one I didn't like. I invariably carry some with me for when I have to eat Korean food, which I find generally rather bland. Sometimes the owner wants to try my sauce - the reaction can be fun!!
On my desk right now I have El Yucateco chile habanero sauce for my lunch. http://www.mexgrocer.com/3104.html |

Dave's is one of the hotter mass-produced sauce, but it comes nowhere near Blair's 2, 3, and 6 Alarm sauces. The 6AM special reserve registers over 16,000,000 scoville units (Dave's is around 50,000 by comparison) and runs about $250 a bottle.
It's recommended that you use safety goggles and rubber gloves while handling it. It's more of a food additive than a sauce, as you can't put it directly onto a foodstuff without expecting a trip to the ER. A few drops in an industrial sized pot of chilli will put your a$$ in the tub.
As far as an everyday sauce goes, I will put Frank's RedHot on just about anything. |

They have TONS of great sauces available for international shipping.
I think the 6AM was limited production, though. Not sure if there's any available. |

Thanks for the link!
I'm gonna get my director's wife a bottle of Alberta Crude Hot Sauce, since she thinks Canadians don't like hot sauce. |

Alright. I have looked at the link and am hooked. I need yall's help. I want one that has kick to it but won't overload my mouth with the burning sensation. I want one with good flavor and mayyyyybbbeee make my nose sniffle a bit. I don't want one that will make me cry on the first bite (maybe the last one). |

I got the Amazon Hot Sauce Set ($14.95) a while back. It's ranked on the medium scale, but some of the sauces have quite a kick to them. It's a good starter. |
