I can't find the phone number for KT....I want to order internet, but there aren't any phone numbers on their English website (I think...this is where me being an idiot might come in). I tried googling it, but....(idiot)
I found a "service number (phone)", but when I called it, the guy - who spoke English - said that I was calling the wrong number and that he didn't know the right number.
SOOOOOOOO, if anyone knows what number I need to call, I'd appreciate it.
thanks

I found these numbers, but when I called the number for Yongsan, it said it didn't exist...(I live in HBC). |

Why not ask your BOSS to help you? |

Actually I haven't met my branch director yet....I think I'll meet him sometime this week, but if I can do it on my own (well, with a little help from someone on here), then I'd rather do that....
But thanks for the suggestion of asking my BOSS. |

I might be WAY off, but when I inquired about internet I was told it can come as a package deal with tv cable. Maybe ask your cable company?? |

The phone number is 02-520-7800, you can talk to an English-speaking operator if you need to. This information is from http://www.kt.co.kr/kthome/eng/prod/contact/prod_contactus.jsp
I think you were looking on the wrong site. That sounds stupid, I know. However, this is Korea, so I'm not surprised about that. |

If you ring their 001 number (or whatever it is) and sit through the Korean answer phone message it changes to an English message with all the info you need. |

That's interesting, seeing as that is the phone number listed for Products and Services... maybe try again and hope you get a more helpful person? I used that number when I signed up 1 1/2 years ago... |
