Is it standard practice to take the tax and pension/medical insurance from severance pay?
Or are you supposed to recieve the gross amount?

Tax on your severance, yes
Pension and medical on your severance, no.
Tax, pension and medical on your final regular pay, yes. |

| They are only supposed to take tax form your severance pay nothing else. |
