i know this is an old thread but...

CDI is pretty legit (i.e not so shady). if they give the ultimatum, "we need your original to prove you went to ___ school or you won't get hired," should i run?

they don't like my "i can give you a notarized copy" response.

With all the crap about CDI on here... why would you want to?

They want your original as a hostage... it's up to you...

Send it and then order a couple more originals from your uni... might take a few months... but then you have it ready when you have had your fill of CDI and want a real job.

Do a search on CDI or Chungdam Institute...
not many happy campers who are not newbies...
6 months to burnout??

yeah, do a search here on them.......i have heard some pretty bad things about them. even though the pay is slightly above average- you are working a lot of hours and without breaks or national holidays off. they do not even give a new years holiday!

Just say no to them!

Tell them that a notified copy of your degree is sufficient and if they dont like it you will go elsewhere!.....no need to deal with morons!

Ditto. Say NO! Give them one of your certified photocopies or move on.
