Just curious. My friend who works in a hagwon gets the day off, but I don't.

I can't see any real reason why I should have the day off as I work for a private institution, but I'd like to know what others get.

Q.

I was hoping you'd say public so I could tell you to shut your yapper. Damnit.

Hmm... I'll try to edit the poll. Sorry for not being more inclusive the first time around. Very Happy

EDIT: Nope, can't edit. Sorry. Just pretend the words "hagwon" and "school" don't exist.

i work for a university and have to teach on may 31st.

i told all my students that it's important for them to vote, so even if they don't come to the class i won't dock them as absent. if they want to come and chat with me they can.

i'm just going to take a book to my classes that day. i figure no-one'll show up, it'll be nice to get some peace and quiet.
