A Worknplay recruiter is interested in signing me up for a position in the * Incheon public elementary / high schools / training centre. I am GRATEFUL (Don't get me wrong!). However, I don't klnow much about the location or company. Do people think it's a school system and area?
THANKS,

My friend who lived in Incheon constantly talked about how much he hated it there.

That's all I know.

I have been dealing with worknplay for three months now, and I think that they are great. They found me exactly what I was looking for and the right area with a great pay rate. I turned down many positions and didn't once feel bad about it because they wouldn't let me. I email my recruiter at least 3 times a week with questions and she never fails to relpy with the answers. She had my contract revised for me and everything. They are extremely helpful. However, I don't start work in Korea until June so I don't know the reality of my position yet. For all I know its the worse school in the world and I am being naive an believing my recruiter!! But up untill now they have been great and I have never regretted choosing worknplay over other recruiters! Sorry for the typos..Im at work and typing really fast!!

If it is the place I am thinking about then it is on airport island. Which means it is a fair distance from Incheon and Seoul. There are good things to be said for living on the island such as natural beauty and beaches but you will be a bit isolated.

I work at the training institute for about 6 months and there is a least one more poster on this board who has work there. Ask your recruiter where the institute is...if it is on the airport island...then send a pm and I will put you in touch with some people who can answer your questions.

I am not too fond of those unprofessional worknplay recruiters. That being said they always try to push incheon, because I think it is the hardest place to fill. From everyone I talked to, no one really likes the area, nor do they re-sign. I would probably tell whoever you are dealing with at worknplay to find a better area... maybe Suwon, Anyang, Bundang... etc.
