I bought a new Alltech Avit f4 mp3 player last month from visual pun (http://www.visualpun.co.kr) from their shop in Yongsan which is now closed. The mp3 player has totally stopped working. Does any know where I can get it fixed? I have tried calling them but suddenly now they can't speak a word of English. When I purchased from them, they spoke is fluently... .. .. Are there shops that service m,p3 players in yongsan? |

Bring a Korean speaking friend along to Yongsan and find out where the nearest Altec A/S center is. Bring your mp3 player there. Odds are they'll fix it up for free.
I can't even find the model MP3 player you bought or even a web site for the Altec company. Man, you really low balled yourself I find buying an MP3 player it's not worth saving $30 to buy some fly by night brand versus a brand like Samsung or iRiver. |

You're telling me! I can't even find any other stalls that sell them! I have asked around and no one can tell me anything! I really wish I would have spent the extra money and bought an Ipod. |

In less than three years here I've been through 3 MP3 players and countless numbers of headphones. |
