Off hand I can only think of one. You're at noraebang and singing the Beatle's "Back in the USSR".
Flew in from Miami Beach BOAC.
You have to explain what BOAC is.
More disturbingly, if your GF is young enough, you have to explain what USSR refers to in the title itself.
Any others? "Back in the USSR" has two. That might be a record.
Any Canadian songs refer to FIRA? Or the PC party?
Time Zone's "World Destruction" has a KGB reference:
The KGB is smarter than you think.
There must be a lot of songs that refer to the KGB. Any moderately famous goth bands use "SPQR" in the lyrics? SS and SA would be acroyms likely used in song lyrics. Nazi I don't think is an actual acroym. |

What do you mean by anachronism? An anachronism is something that happens out of place in the sequence of time, for example telling a story about a 49er heading out west in his wagon with his legally-recognized, gay husband.
But are you just talking about songs that make reference to acronyms of entities which no longer exist? |

Indeed. I'm using anachronism in an imperfect sense, albeit if you take song lyrics as being relevant to you in the present, then they can have the quality or the sense. For example, you're flying to Miami and you might be singing the Back in the USSR song to yourself. |

BOAC was the forerunner of British Airways.
