Just for all you newbies: insist on paying into the pension. Don't get conned into not paying for it (North Americans only here, sorry mate). Cause at the end, when you leave, you get double back. Some hogwans try to con you, saying you dont have to pay for it. Thinking NOT paying for something is usually a good thing, you are actually screwing yourself. INSIST ON PAYING IT.
p.s. any hope in hell of recouping my 2004 pension I never payed into?
